Shipping & Returns

At the Trail Adventure Co. we want you to love the products we sell as much as we do. We only sell the products we love and we're confident you'll love them too but if for any reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us and we'll help make it right.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

A $10 flat rate delivery fee applies in addition to the purchase price of each product*. A variety of different delivery methods may be used depending on the type of order.

We currently ship orders to most areas of Australia. *$10 flat rate shipping may not apply to some remote postcodes outside of metro areas. We will contact you to discuss the options in this scenario.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Please allow up ten (10) working days for delivery from the receipt of your order and payment for your order (it's normally much quicker than this). Delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by us and we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that extension.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item purchased online for refund or exchange the item must returned in its original condition.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.

Should you wish to return an item for refund please contact us an we will assist you through the process.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.

All postage costs will be covered by the customer. If stock is no longer available to exchange, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
